Edgar Zayago Lau, since 2007, is a researcher of the Latin American Nanotechnology & Society Netrwork (ReLANS) headquartered in Zacatecas, Mexico. In 2008, he was an invited research scholar by the Nanoforum European Union and Latin America (NanoforumEULA) at the Laboratory Mesa+, University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands. He has published several articles in scholarly journals such as Nanotechnology Law & Business Journal, NanoMagazine, Nanoworld, Estudios Sociales and some others. He has also been author and co-author of several chapters in books such as Nanotechnologies in Latin America (Rosa-Luxemburgo, 2008) and Las nanotecnologías en la alimentación y en la agricultura (Universidad de la República, 2008). He has delivered presentations in several Mexican and foreign universities. He is member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT Tier I.
