Eddie Triste is a Mescalero Apache, a veteran and recent graduate of Allan Hancock College. In the fall of 2012 he will be attending California Sate University, Sacramento where he plans to pursue a Bachelors degree in Sociology. This summer he will be researching with Cassandra Engeman in IRG3, which focuses on risk perception. Their work will be on gathering data on Non-Governmental Organizations or NGO’s to see their potential impact on policy and industry as it relates to nanotechnology.
